Manuel Rehwald studied business administration at the International Business School in Bad Nauheim, Germany and at the University of Sunderland in the UK. The focus of his studies on international management and industry law. In 2009, he earned an MBA from the University of Shippensburg in Pennsylvania, USA. Since 2007, he has worked as recruiter for the German financial services industry as well as for Luxembourg and England.

After working at several international recruitment companies, Manuel Rehwald founded his own recruitment firm in 2013. Based in the Frankfurt suburb of Königstein, Rehwald Associates is focussed on recruiting and placement in the asset management industry. With more than 250 successful searches, Rehwald Associates covers the entire value chain of national and international asset managers. The placement focus is in the areas of sales, marketing and portfolio management. Along with filling vacancies with suitable professionals, Mr Rehwald and his team help support searches for management personnel.
